Self-Sabotage: How to Stop, Drop, and Roll On!

What is required to bust through your blockages? To go from self-sabotage to healing and success?  The key is self-awareness!

Unconscious decisions lead to self-sabotage. Decisions that are self-defeating NOW were generally self-preserving in the past. 

Shanti Mai will teach creative tools for self-awareness and self-healing. Opportunities for individual work will be available.

This workshop will be offered on south Whidbey Island on
Sunday, Sept. 12th, from 2 - 4:30pm.  Early registration discount: $20* for individual and $33 for any two registering together. *If registering after Sept. 4th, all registration is $25 per person.

CANADA:

Shanti would like to make another trip to British Columbia, particularly to Vancouver and Nelson. (Last trip focused on Salt Spring Island, the Saanich Peninsula and Victoria.) Let us know if you'd like to help with planning that trip.

HAWAII:

Shanti recently spent two weeks on Oahu. Thank you, Abe! Next time, she'd like to focus on the Big Island.  Contact us to be a part of that.

OREGON:

Washington state:

Shanti is living on south Whidbey Island (near Freeland) through Spring 2011, where a workshop will be held on Sept. 12th (see top of page). In-person appointments are available  from Greenbank to Clinton and Langley. Shanti will be available in Oak Harbor and Coupeville, approximately two to three times per month.

Appointments are available in Seattle on Thursday, Sept. 2nd; in Seattle, Edmonds and Mukilteo on Saturday, Sept. 4th and Sunday, Sept. 5th; and again on Friday, Sept. 17th and Saturday, Sept. 18th.

Upcoming travels?: Shanti will be coming to Bellingham and Vashon Island soon. Let us know if you'd like to be notified.  Shanti will be available in Seattle on Friday and Saturday, October 1st and 2nd - and Saturday, Oct. 30th.  Check back (or contact us) for details - and for more calendar updates between then and now!
